1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawTick ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawTick provides cloud-based job scheduling for OpenClaw gateways. The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tool, and API for creating and managing scheduled jobs that connect to your self-hosted OpenClaw gateway.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Free plan has no charge and includes limited usage.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or missed job executions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Data and Privacy
We store your account information, job configurations, and execution logs. We do not access or store the content of messages sent to your OpenClaw gateway beyond what is necessary to execute your jobs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
